Tony de Leon- CEOAfter more than twenty years of experience, Tony de Leon decided to offer his services on a broader scale. Leading up to this, Tony began his career with Harrah’s Entertainment in the 80’s. Tony spent twelve years managing major technology implementations with Hilton Gaming and Caesars Entertainment properties including the implementation of all technology with the opening at Paris – Las Vegas. Prior to the launch of Playersoft, Tony worked to build Barona Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino to the world-class technology casino it is today. Barona is well-known throughout the industry for its leadership role in gaming technology, and is famous for its implementation of technology to directly impact guest service. In his four years at Barona, Tony has overseen the opening and conversion of the current world-class resort property, the integration of Casino, Hospitality, Point of Sale, and Financial Systems, the implementation of a comprehensive Business Intelligence Package. Rick Messura - Executive Vice President - AdministrationRick Messura joined Playersoft Technologies with a total of 27 years in the gaming / hospitality industry. A graduate of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and began his career at the world famous Caesars Palace serving in a variety of positions during his ten years with the property. He left Caesars in 1995 to be part of the opening team for the Victorian themed Silver Legacy Resort and Casino in Reno serving as Director of Hotel Operations and as a member of the casino’s Operations Committee. Rick joined the Barona Resort and Casino in San Diego in 2001 as Assistant General Manager for Hospitality directly responsible for hotel, food and beverage operations, sales, catering, facilities, retail and security. As a member of the Operations Committee, Rick participated in the opening of Barona’s new 310,000 square ft. casino / resort and later served as the Sr. Vice-President for Development overseeing design and construction. Rick brings a strong operations background to Playersoft with the added experience of over two decades working in prominent casino resorts. Hunter Hunstock- Vice President of TechnologyHunter Hunstock is a 14 year veteran of Gaming technology and operations. Early in his career he worked in Casino promotions and was eventually recruited by Information Technology due to his innovation on the Casino floor. Most recently Hunter was the Director of IT for Barona Valley Ranch where he directed managed all aspects of the property technology initiatives and oversaw a staff of 50+.Hunter is an expert in systems integration with a strong background in collaborative relationships with vendors and business users. This focus on partnerships yielded exciting new products for his property while he created custom solutions and enhanced the best from the system vendors in collaborative development partnerships with manufacturers like Bally Systems. Hunter’s experience of promotions systems allowed the property to benefit from custom promotions systems that seamlessly interacted with all other casino systems to include player, slot and casino signage. Hunter was responsible for the custom enhancements and new promotions with Bally Power Winners and the roll-out and customization of Bally iView. These customizations provided enhanced functionality for the casino guests in forms of more directed messaging and custom web apps that provided kiosk functionality at the machine and custom third party application integration directly at the machine. Recently Hunter was the on site product manager for creation and deployment of the Bally iRace project a collaborative work with Bally Technologies that yielded the first truly player interactive promo in the world. Larry McCoy - Vice President of Sales and Business DevelopmentLarry McCoy brings extensive experience from a diverse range of industries and capacities to Playersoft Technologies. Prior to entering sales, he had high level project management responsibilities with Diamond Power Specialty Corporation and with Western Electric. While with Exxon Chemical Corporation, he was involved with all phases of the computer industry. He chaired a corporate wide committee to evaluate the then fledgling computer graphics industry and ultimately spearheaded the automation of their drafting, design and engineering applications in various disciplines including process design, civil, structural, architectural, electrical and instrumentation. Larry moved to Las Vegas in 1985 with Digital Equipment Corporation and has held Executive Level Sales/Marketing positions with leading equipment manufacturers in the gaming industry. These include National Sales & Marketing Manager for Sigma Games, Inc., Director of Sales at CDS / Aristocrat, Vice President of Sales for Shuffle Master and Vice President of Systems Sales for International Game Technology. In each of these positions, Larry led sales teams that were successful in increasing sales volume by penetrating and establishing new markets including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and South America.
